Your iguana is heading down a deadly road. It's up to you to find a way to keep the dog food away from him, just like it's up to parents to keep a loaded gun away from a child. If you put something that can be harmful in front of your reptile, that doesn't mean your iguana has the mind to determine right from wrong, that's your responsiblity as an owner.
