Some others here on the forum have had it done-- just make sure you have an excellent vet. Apparantly it's easy to not take everything needed during surgery, which means she can still have eggs again. Hopefully others will write who have first hand experience with their ig.
: we took Roxy to the vet today because we thought she had a URI but while there Roxy passed an OLD egg, so x-ray showed she had old eggs inside her from her LAST egg laying (with previous owners) she gave us some antibiotics and we are to come back in ten days if she has passed them all or not. She recommended spaying her, anyone else have a spayed female?
