One more thing as far as diet Debbi,
And it probably won't come as much of a surprise to everyone else. But personally, Mrs. D and I have never been very big fans of "diets" or "salads" as far as specific ones go. Yes, they are good for certain things for certain lengths of time but it is still an opportunity for your ig to get bored with eating. You may want to try more variety and/or at least different presentation once you get back from the vet.
Also, at this point dehydration may be a sizable concern as well. It may be time to break out the Pedialyte or Gatorade and see what that can do.....
