A nice pet store

Today, on the request of a friend and fellow herp society member, we visted the Pet Emporium in Newington, NH. For the first time in a loooooooong time, I can say something nice about a pet store! It was clean, all the enclosures were clean and from what I would tell the animals are extremely well cared for. They do not currently carry igs and are working to not sell them anymore at all. They do have a "store ig", it came to them as an adult from a young boy who could no longer care for it -it is not for sale. They have a decent enclosure, complete with UV and misting and although they are a little weak in the diet department they are working on it and were excited to have us help them out. While we were there we ran to the grocery and purchased some collards so we could hand feed "Godzilla" (name the previous owner gave him which will hopefully soon be changing) and he literaly dove for them on site, hitting his head on the door (poor baby)!
Like I said, while they do need to beef up his diet, they are willing to learn and are doing a great job! I was just so happy to finally see a nice pet store that I had to share!
