TMom makes a good point about the plexiglass~ i'd like to add that making the entire enclosure out of plexi would create too many possibly reflective surfaces ... (or is that what you meant about stressful, TMom?? :) )

iZ's last enclosure was plywood on 2 sides and then plastic mesh + plexiglass on the rest ... the top of the enclosure was plastic mesh with "support beams" made out of 2x2's for the lights to sit on ... that provided plenty of ventilation ...

but others here have much more experience than i do on this topic ... (HD for one!!)
