looking for ...... please help

Hi all! We (the hubby and I) are in the process of putting together educational material for training classes and are in need of photographs to use. Specificly I am looking for quality pictures of thermal burns, MBD, mouth rot, healthy adult males and whatever else we can come up with. I can't just take pictures off the Internet as I need permission to use them. So, if anyone has these pictures and would agree to let us use them (credited ofcourse) or knows someone who has these photos that we could contact and get permission from, please email us ASAP.
