My reaction to the post was definitely anger, but it didn't take me long to realize that it should be directed at the action (the post) and not the person (phantoms). From having read your (phantoms) previous posts at the forum, I clearly got the impression that you simply did not read Diana's posts thoroughly before responding and therefore were quick to judge without considering the facts - something that, unfortunately, as humans, we are all prone to at least time to time.

I personally did not want to follow up your post by making the same mistake, which was my initial quick judgment of you, but felt compelled to respond in some way. I usually refrain from responding to such posts, but I've been reading all Diana's posts and it was clear to me that she was doing all she could in this heart-wrenching situation, was likely feeling so helpless in spite of all her efforts, and surely did not deserve such treatment.

I'm glad you realize that your post was hurtful, your apology seems most sincere.
