Although it may not seem so, this is a VERY big acomplishment! And keep on stepping on their heels and put them in their place! LOL
I am VERY grateful to know a person like you. There's not a lot of people out there who would keep trying and never give up. People who are so passionate about what they beleive in only come around once or twice in a lifetime.

Best wishes to you and the iggy at the store. If the boss doesn't do something about it, don't hesitate to get authorized personel on his rear! :)
