Of course they wont! which is exactly why I came up with that agreement, so that atleast they can be somewhat responsible. OK, some people WON'T want to do that. . .
How about sending a photo of the enclosure that they have built BEFORE they purchase the animal. Then, a photo of the purchased animal INSIDE the enclosure, to make sure that they aren't cheating anyone with a photo of someone else's enclosure. Then for 2 months, a photo of the animal, then about twice a year or so. If the person REALLY wanted to get the animal, they WOULD go through all of this trouble. A person who just wanted to get the animal because it looked cool, or because their friend had one, wouldn't even read the agreement and go away. you see where I'm coming from? Maybe a photo monthly for just a year. Just to make sure that they are doing something right.

OH well, if this IS impossible, a girl can dream right?? :)
