my first thought is to get lizzy to a reptile vet to determine WHY she is in such a state .... even if (or especially ...) it's cuz you just rescued her and you know she's not been well cared for .... i'd check her feces for parasites ASAP ... anything else you do won't help AS MUCH if she's got worms (etc.)
i use Pedialyte or Infalyte when iZ (or my other pets) are sick ... it's for sick children to replace electrolytes .... Gatorade will also work, but i use infant products cuz iZ is closer to a baby's weight than an adults .... (Pedialyte should be in any drug store or grocery store in the baby food aisle)
also, spoon feeding baby food has worked well for iZ and me (baby food would work in a sytinge too).... personally, i COAX rather than "force" ... (never did like the TERM "force -feed"!!!!) iZ especially likes the Spring Harvest mixed vegies .... but when he was really sick, i'd let him have just fruit that day if that's all he wanted .... sometimes, just a baby spoon or 2-3 ....just like us, lack of appetite is a symptom that something is wrong .... she may not want to eat as much as usual if she's sick and for a few days or a week that should be ok as long as you're getting some FLUIDS in her .... get her a check-up soon tho ....
