All iguana's grow at different rates, as long as the iguana has plenty of climbing and moving space, it should be fine for a while. Then, when the iguana is about 2' long, it will need an "intermediate" enclosure, about 4' long, 4-5' high, and about 2' deep.
That should last him/her up to a year.
