with my oldest girl. Thelma is approx 8 years old and this is the first time since I've had her (4 years) that she laid. She took a total of 16 days to lay 45 eggs, pretty much where she wanted to! Most of them were laid in her favorite basking spot. She refused to use a box. Best of luck, and as long as she's eating and pooping now, and doesn't show any signs of distress, I'd not worry too much.
