I agree with you because I'd love the opportunity to pick the brains of some of these people. Unfortunately, a good many of the "experts" don't have the time or inclination to "slum" around with us hard workin' folks. It's been mentioned a couple times here lately that MK is particularly hard-headed and conceited. Well, she's not the only one and I'm not gonna name names but do you know how many times I've heard from a certain person that they've rescued and rehabbed over 700 igs in 10 years?! OK, let's see....that averages 70 igs/yr = no life other than ig care. I'd never have that kind of time let alone finances!!
I did have the chance to talk with some of the better known snake peeps in August of '99 at the Breeder's Expo in Orlando (Bob Clark, Tracy Barker, etc.) and found them to be very accomodating and gracious. It's a shame not everyone is like that.
