Iguana's are very inquisitive animals and she may just be curious at what that squaky thing in there is! LOL
But I've heard many contreversy about this, some say that iguana's are infact Strict Herbivores, some say that they are omnivores (Travis says that he's seen an iguana eat out of a birds nest in teh wild). I myself don't know. I would keep close watch on her. If she seems to show any agression towards your birds then either move them, or her. If she just seems to be facinated by them, then just keep a close watch on her, just to be on the safe side, two animals shouldn't be left alone together anyways.
Hope this helps!
