They're not WHITE.....they're more of a Yellowish/white....kinda gross looking. IMO, anyone who would buy one, needs a few screws tightened upstairs. A question to think about is, for what reason would you want one, they're no different from a regular green iguana, other than their skin. Do we "collect" reptiles for showing off or do we have them for personal enjoyment and companionship? It's sad that there are plenty out there that only get a reptile for "showing off" to their friends and others! And to many of them, once no one is thrilled with the reptile any more, the owner wants to get rid of it, because it doesn't fill their requirements anymore! Out of all the reptiles available, I believe this kind of thinking, affects snakes the worst. Boas, pythons, etc...
I believe the reason albino iguanas are being marketed now, is for zoo's to purchase for entertaining the paying public with something "different" that the kids can relate to.
