Hi. I used to work at a pet store years ago & saw the same thing. Hey, all I did was clean the store & care for the pets... I didnt sell them so really there wasnt anything I could do. And back then the prices were higher for igs than they are now. But even though they cost a bit more, people still bought them & let them die.
BL, the only real thing you can do is urge the store you work for to stop selling them. Print out some proper care sheets if they wont stop selling them. Good luck.
