You really need to discuss this with your store management and urge them to adopt a policy for situations like this. The management will need to be aware of the fact that they are part of the cycle of abuse when they allow inappropriate sales to take place. If it is a good store as you say they should be willing to do something to stop this problem. They will have to learn to trust you and your judgement about customers. You shouldn't have to stand alone in this. When customers like that huff and puff and demand to speak to the manager it is extremely important that the management back your decision. Good luck.
