Instead of firm thighs, you may want to state that the thighs may have a hard, bumpy (lumpy), slightly 'knotted' look. I have several igs here who are very muscular from a lot of vertical climbing and the thighs are very 'firm'. To the novice ig keeper the two may be confused.
Mentioning improper foods in pieces that are way too big could be included (large chunks of hard veggies for example).
If the igs are clinging to the wire closest to the heat source, the temps are improper.
