I'm no vet, but it semms that your iguana is displaying all the key symptoms of a respiratory infection (insnakes that is). The next time you hold him, sort of pinch his throat and look for any signs of mucus gettng pushed up into the mouth area. Just remember to be gentle when you do it. Thats a sign of a respiratory infection.
