In my opinion, you should take your 20 gallon tank over there and if it's possible have your bro, set it on a shelf, inside the large cage. This will do two things, 1. The 20 gallon will be familiar to them and help lower their stress level. 2. Give them a starting point of checking out the large area (other cage).
Put a branch from the 20 gallon tank to the main cage, so they can climb out during the day and explore the new cage. If they get worried, they can always climb back to their old tank. Feed them at first in the tank and then slowly start offering a food dish outside the old tank too. In a month or so, you should be able to remove the old tank and they should be fine.
