Have you ever tried to FIND mustard, collard, turnip, etc greens in some areas? I live in BC and these greens are only offered in the summer months, are VERY expensive, and HARD TO FIND! So for the next five months of the year my ig has to make due with whatever is available, as well as extra vitamins and cal. supps, or I have to track down a Chinese market and buy their over-priced greens, which are usually not good quality.
In the summer I make do by producing a pathetic garden. I pick slugs and cutworms off my baby plants, pull weeds, buy expensive fertalizers and bug spray all for the health of my ig.
Maybe, like me, this person doesn,t have the money to buy the best food for her ig, unlike you sound like you do.
