Thanks again to thoses who helped me !!!
I went to the vet clinic with Igoo this afternoon, as I expected he admited he does't know much about iguanas but asked me to come back tomorrow morning, he will check his books tonight.
He told me that the ball is because Igoo got a broken toe a long time ago that healed this way and it is not infected anymore. It is simply the way it mend together.
He tested a piece of his skin looking for mites but said it is ok, it must be nutrition problem. He insured me anyway the level of calcium was ok according to the way Igoo carries himself..
Well after I red a few web pages on iguana nutrition that some of you recommended, I bought some calcium(only)
tablets as well as multivitomines that I will turn into powder to add to his food..

I hope I am doing right !!
