This sounds very cruel... if your child broke their leg you would find a way to get to the vet whether you could afford it or not! This poor ig needs help and you need to really impress that upon your friends. Can you imagine if one of your cats was dragging its leg around? Wouldn't that make you feel terrible-- it suffering in pain... these people need to treat their ig with that same amount of consideration. If they have waited so long it may even need to be rebroken if it is healing improperly. Good luck convincing them and keep us posted.
