To be hoenst, she will probably train you! Igs will usually poop in about the same place everytime, so try to figure out where this (or may be a few spots) is and put newspaper there. Or, give your iguana a daily bath, I've read that igs like to poop in the water (my Draco seems to prefer it, too), but make sure the water is warm!
About the missing teeth, I don't think that the rpevious owner had them pulled, but maybe she bit something/someone and some teeth came out when she tried to let go? I'm not sure if iguanas can lose their teeth from MBD, or if the iguana is old that they lose their teeth...
