: I know that meat is not a staple in the diet of an adult green Iguana, but, I busted my female a while back stealing frozen mice that had been left to thaw for some snkes and other lizards. I'm always forgetting this and now she has my adult male doing the same thing! I leave the room and when I remember that I left them out, it's too late. These Iguanas will eat several mice in a sitting and one of them ate a frozen Bullfrog the other day and a different day one of them ate a giant Pill Millipede that I had drying to be mounted later. The female got all of this started, she was caught at the dump on Cape-Cod and I think she developed a taste for animal while living there. Has anybody experienced such fun? These Iguanas eat plenty of greens every day. But still take my other feeders. Leo
