I agree with sue3 that your post was "well said" AND that many of the rescuers on here (myself included) are in the same situation. I think it's admirable that you took the time and thought to respond to such a post, as I would not have. It is only within ourselves that we need to know we are doing what's best for the igs; and since you and I and so many others of us here are doing so, I can think of no reason for any of us to feel compelled to "defend" our position as rescuers. Keep up the work!

And I doubly agree on the grammar thing :-)
