There are some iguanas that don't mind being petted and held and cuddled and pampered and then there are those that don't. Ching Long is a great pet, he nevewr poops in the house, is very independant, and even gets free run in the back yard (heavily supervised that is). But, he does not enjoy the petting and grabbing and holding that other iganas do, you just have to get to know your iguana, they're all different.
