Hello,
I am in need of some advice from someone more experienced than I in iguana care. My girlfriend has had an iguana for 3 years now, and overall it is very healthy. He's almost 3 feet now. However, we recently moved from Florida where it was able to stay in warm weather and get lots of sun, to Washington DC. The place we have now is very small, without a lot of space for a large cage.
We are considering replacing one of the windows in our place with a garden window, which would create a space about 30"x30"55". Does anyone have any experience with a window setup like this? Would that be enough space? Could it be kept warm enough? Are there any other suggestions for homes we can make that give him enough space and that can be temperature/light/humidity controlled enough for him to be comfortable?
Thanks!
