EMERGENCY - Ig Fight

I hope everyone had a good Christmas and will have a great New Year! And happy holidays otherwise. I�ve been unable to post much lately because I�ve been so busy at work and my computer at home is down, Coolio pooped into my monitor :-(

But I have a horrible situation and I don�t know what to do! I woke from a nap yesterday to find that my careless son left the bathroom door open, this is where I keep Spunky. When I went up to close it, I found Coolio in there, under Spunky. I lifted Spunky and put Coolio out in the hall, and looked around at the blood in the room, which surprisingly was not a whole lot. I left the bathroom to take Coolio downstairs and inspect him. When I picked him up, I noticed half of his right hand was missing! I freaked out and called an emergency vet, who told me just to keep it clean and call the vet today. I called the vet and he is not in until tomorrow. I don�t know what to do for poor Coolio in the meantime. I was unable to take off work today, so I have my other son keeping an eye on Coolio today. I doubt that I will get any work done here thru the heartache and tears.

Does anyone have any suggestions until I can get in touch with my vet tomorrow???
