Wanted: Iguana in Washington State

I attend college at Western Washington University. I can't have mammal type animals in my apartment. I'm looking for an iguana (Male preferred) 1-3 feet long, with the setup included (tank, lights, etc) hopefully for free. I'd really like a tame one as well.
