I have 2 smaller younger iggys living togather in a different cage, and although one of them is calm, the other acts like yours, (afraid and flying around the cage) but my larger female flys around the cage in anger, trying to get away from me, (actually I moved her back into the smaller cage last night and she has settled down alot) but anyways I'm not too worried about them because I spend alot of time with them and I'm sure that they will eventually calm down :)
