hyatchling igg's eye infection?

Hey again guys. I fugure if anyone can help me out ill fint them here. At the pet shop I work in, Im manager of the reptile depo, We had a whole shipment of 12 baby iggs come in. We got these from the same guy that sold us a skinny sav with ticks, so needless to say this guy doesnt know how to care for his animals. Anyways about half of the Igg's have some sort of eye condition, just like dry-eye in tortoises, the eye(s) are closed, watery, and the eyelids seem to be stuck together. Is this dehidration, or an eye in fection of some sort, or somthing else.

the iggs are otherwise healthy, and dont worry im feeding them the same as i am Jake (collard, dandilion, watercress and such).
