Well.. don't offer crickets even if he won't
eat. A lot of times with reptiles, trying to
switch them to a new diet is simply a "see who
can hold out the longest" game.
Make sure there is an ample supply of a variety
of "correct" veggies... (you know, the usual,
collard, mustard greens, green beans, butternut
squash, etc etc.) and *show* it to him. Put it
under his nose, let him lick it... he might not
eat.. but show it to him, let him watch you put
it down so he knows where it is.
Just be persistant. Here, check out this link,

really good and will have more ideas on how to
get it to eat other foods... good luck!
