I'm fairly new to the world of Iguanas myself, but from everything I've been reading, You and Damien are on the right track. Mustard greens are supposed to be one of the best single foods for an iguana when combined with a good salad like MK's or the Iguana Den Diet. From what I've heard, the greens should be the main staple for a healthy diet. You might try backing off the alfalfa for a little while until he increases his taste for the salad and then start sneaking some back in, little by little. Good luck, let us know how he's doing!
