Well, if there wasn't a male on earth, it wouldn't make a difference with female iguanas, they'd still develope eggs. They will definitely be unfertile if your iguana hasn't had contact with a male. If she has, just put the eggs in the freezer for a few days and then throw them away. The reason behind this is, if you just throw them away, there's a chance that they could develope given the right conditions in the trash. Garbage generates heat which would keep the eggs warm, giving them a possible chance of hatching, rare....but it can happen.
This is the time to definitely keep an eye on your females (to all owners) egg binding can lead to death quickly and it's up to you to know the signs. There's few people on the forum who can give you a better idea as far as what to watch out for.
