I read the Free roaming part of your post . And I do Know of what I speak I have a room with an extra heater just for the iggs at night . If you use anything that puts out light of any color it will disturb there sleep . I have two Igs that " free roam during the day when I am here . At night they have there own room as I said .
Ps 15 years of caring for and taking in hurt sick unwanted and neglected ig's gives me more experience then most Vet's I am not saying that my education is equal to that of a vet . However I know of what I speak when it comes to my kids . All I ever want to do when it comes to ig's is try to use whatever I know to help others . Please read a post thoroughly and undrestand it before you respond harshly to someone trying to help you ..
