i put my greens in a ziplock bag (the gallon size) with paper towels wrapped around them to retain all the moisture. that keeps them fresh for about a week. oh and before i put them in the bag i spray them with vinegar and hydrogen peroxide and then rinse them VERY well, not sure if that keeps them fresh but gets rid of all the germs.
