Terrarium

My ig is on the verge of out growing his enclosure. He is 4ft snout to tail tip, and his cage is 3ft X 3ft X 2ft. I want to build something out of plexy glass (or equivalent). I realy don't want to pay the $200+ price at pet stores, and I want something that is easly to access for cleaning. Does any one have some pic's or design plans I can look at. Thanks
