If I was you i would continue to use your normal diet (if your using the right kind of foods). Adults in the wild have a naturally slow growth rate. Your ig will get nice and big in no time. what's the rush? just wondering because you seem very concerned with when you ig will grow his jowls and how long it takes them to grow and stuff like that. So if I was you I wouldn't feed you ig baby food unless he's recovering from something (a trip to the vet, heavy parasite infestation etc. etc.) It really is un-necessary, and most likely it will just make th iguana fat, not long, wich can lead to health problems. Just an opinion though. Hope it helps.
