The National Reptile and Amphibian Advisory Council will
be mailing its first monthly newsletter to the membership on November 1st 1998
to all those that have joined via the web, at shows, or via mail.
This newsletter will also be available via the web but to get your own
copy of the first edition via us mail you must join at
http://www.nraac.org/membership.html by midnight Monday October 26th.
General memebership in NRAAC if free so join today
and protect your rights to keep herps!!!

The National Reptile & Amphibian Advisory Council is an organization of informed and
politically active, concerned herpetologists, herpetoculturists and other persons
interested in herpetofauna, banding together for the purpose of monitoring and
interceding to prevent legislation or regulations that will be detrimental to the legal
keeping and breeding of reptiles and amphibians, and to support such legislation or
regulation where a true need exists and can be supported by legitimate scientific
evidence. It shall be the additional purpose of this organization to organize the herping
community and other concerned citizens into a cohesive group and to assist state
chapters in organizing and implementing reasonable legislation and regulation in all
states in the USA, and the nation as a whole.
