I'd stick with the warm baths. Try doing this in the morning before you leave for work (assuming you turn on your igs lights as soon as you get up). And don't tell us you don't have time. Sure you do! Multi-tasking. While you're finishing up the bathroom (i.e., drying your hair, brushing your teeth, whatever), put the ig in the tub. Don't just do this for a day or two. Try it over a few weeks and do it every day around the same time.

Put a large litter pan with WATER in the enclosure (or the room when the ig free roams) during the day. A certain ig owner some of us knows, leaves her ig in the bedroom during the day. She places a blue plastic tarp over her bed in anticipation of any "accidents".

When you get home at night, try again with the warm bath (some of our igs poop mulitple times a day).

Give this a try and after your ig masters it, come back and we'll discuss training him to just use the litter box and not the tub.
