You could try requesting your regular supermarket get them in (a lot of times they listen to suggestions from the customers). Or call around to different farmer's markets. I guess I lucked out since there is a farmer's market that carries almost everything just a couple blocks away-- but sometimes I get what they have at Publix or Winn Dixie (and Publix has collards, mustard (occasionally), turnip greens, watercress, and escarole) The farmers market is way cheaper though.

: I've been wanting to get a safe, economical supply, but haven't found one yet. I am in an apartment currently so I don't have a yard to grow them in. The only place I can get them now is a cross-city drive to a local all natural/organic supermarket where they are $2.00 or more for a small bunch. I can buy all kinds of other greens and yummy stuff for a small amount of dandelions.
