I hate to say it but I have no idea about how to repair/heal iZ. I agree, a 50% solution of peroxide swabbed on the wound area with a Q tip should help. Maybe even listerene.. but don't take my word for it. It looks as though maybe he also could have fractured or even broken his jaw. I'm very sorry for iZ, hope he gets better reeeeeel soon!
