Sharing my T-day feast?

Hello,, all year round my ig gets yummy ig salad and fresh greens. On Thanksgiving I make a Tofurky ( tofu turkey), its completely vegan (contains no animal ingredients like dairy or egg products). I know that even though its vegan its still high in protien being that its tofu. You think it would be okay to give Gwaners a little piece as a treat on t-day? Its not full of preservatives or sodium. Please give me your opinion,, thanks, Yvette and Gwaners!
