When Iggy was gravid, she didn't eat for 5 or 6 weeks but basked and drank as normal. She was FAT. She was allowed to free roam at the time and one morning I woke up with her under the covers with me, I moved my hand to pet her and felt something smooth and slimy instead. I lifted the covers to discover that she was laying her eggs in my bed. There were a little over 40 nice white eggs piled around me at the time. She was a little defensive at the time and nipped me when I put my hand too close to her. I just left her alone and under the covers. She laid a total of 60 eggs by the time she was done. Too bad they weren't fertilized.
