Take a good look around the apartment, especially under things such as dressers. If you don't find them and she's noticeably no longer gravid, chances are she reabsorbed the eggs. We just went through a similar situation with Thelma. One day we found two eggs, the next day 3, two days later one more, and now today she laid one in the tub while bathing and then took a healthy poop. She is much thinner than she was two days ago..so she either deposited more eggs where I haven't found them yet, or reabsorbed the rest. (xrays a week ago showed she had several dozen yolks)
