I've seen it done OCCASIONALLY, and it did not do any harm. But, it's better to use those fruit ones. Others may contain proteins that are or can be harmful to the animal.
Personally, i see baby food more suitable for mnivorous/carnivorous lizards, such as tegus, gekoes, monitors, ctenosauras, and the like.
Once a week for "dessert" it may be offered, but consult a vet or more people here before doing so. If you like so much baby food, you can 'puree' your veggies and fruits with a blender. Add supplements, and you got yourself "Gerber Ig" in large amounts, possibly for a cheaper price too!
