have always used them to decorate iZ's area's ... be careful they're well secured so your ig can't use *just* the 'vines' to climb on! iZ always makes a huge deal out of inspecting any new ones that i add ~ just to make *sure* they're not carefully disguised nummies and then he leaves 'em alone ... well except to climb all over them ~ so they *do* eventually need to be replaced ... oh! and he *did* eat a small 'silk' leaf once in the beginning ~ he just couldn't believe that i'd put something that looked that nummy in his room if he wasn't s'posed to eat it! (and if there's a way to get into trouble, he'll FIND it!) it passed thru without any probs ... but for that reason, i'd stick with silk/cloth plants and not plastic ... (plastic being more likely to get "stuck") ...
