Moss may look 'pretty' and natural, but...
it stinks like hell, especially when soiled and/or decomposing.
if the iguana eats it, you got problems.
Butcher paper is used by a lot of herpers who own diggin lizards, such as monitors.
You crumble it all up, into "glof-sized" wraps, and let the animal enjoy the digging.
It aint pretty, but it's cheap, and effective, as well as easy for cleanup (u just throw it out!)
I once tried using moss for decor and substrate,
and it turned out to be a disappointment.
: My iguana has taken up digging recently. So I'm guessing she's gravid or just feels like digging... anyways, I was wondering, would it be okay to put a kitty litter pan in her cage with bed-a-beast and moss in it?
