First Eggs, Need Advice

Signs indicate my ig Belladonna is probably getting ready for her first eggs (moody, roams, off food, right time of year, right age). I've read all I can to prepare, but I'd appreciate some advice from those of you who've dealt with this already! I've built a nesting box, but I can't give her 24-hour access to it without leaving her temp-controlled habitat open at night and while I'm at work, which would cause heating and home-wrecking problems. Suggestions? Comments? Reassurances? Warnings? All advice will be appreciated!
